We reserve the right to ID everyone that enters, regardless of how old you may appear. If you do not look like our grandparents, you will be ID’d!

We reserve the right to deny service to anyone for any reason and do not have to provide a reason to refuse said service.

As per federal law, we MUST ID every person who walks into the store appearing below the age of 35. Purchasing tobacco/hemp products for a minor is illegal, and we will not sell to anyone that cannot provide a non-expired government-issued ID. We must always assume you’re purchasing for a minor if they cannot or will not provide an ID.

Yes! It may take us a little time to find certain niche items, but we will always do our best to find what a customer is looking for.

Should I try my disposable or other devices before I leave the store?
Yes! We recommend you try every disposable, cartridge, device, or other product you purchase to ensure no manufacturer defects.

We do not have a return policy. All sales are final. We will exchange manufacturer-defective products only when tested in-store in front of an associate. We will exchange the device for a new one for mods, mod kits, and hemp-related devices as long as we determine a clear manufacturer defect within two weeks of the purchase with proof of purchase. Outside those two weeks, you will have to go through whatever manufacturer warranty is provided with the product.

Yes! All our THC products are derived from hemp and follow all regulatory laws from the Farm Bill of 2018.

No! Everything in our store is 100% federally legal to purchase and consume.

There may be a limited amount allowed depending on the state/country you are traveling to. Any battery devices cannot be checked and need to be carried on. 

This is a very subjective question. To determine the best option for you, we need to discuss your likes and dislikes of vaping. Disposable or mod? How do you like it to hit? What flavors do you like best? How often do you vape? Do you want big clouds or small clouds? The list goes on! We are delighted to have these conversations with our customers. Come in and find the perfect fit for you.

We will hold products for one week in the holiday season. two weeks - non holiday season. We will curtesy call if another customer is interested and will hold in the back.
